Shopspecializes provides a 1-month warranty after-sales service for all personalized customizations. Customized product solutions for defects will depend on the source of the damage and be decided jointly by Shopspecializes and the customer.

Shopspecializes does not provide after-sales warranty service for products that have been damaged maliciously by humans. We need pictures and videos for diagnostic purposes. You may need to return the product to us for replacement or warranty. If your product is subject to vandalism that results in serious damage to the product, we will use our discretion to determine whether the extent of the occurrence is covered by our 1-month warranty.
