All orders are made to order by hand in our international production facility with the upmost of care and attention to detail.

Processing time

With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, ETA might extend a few days longer.

From the day the order is placed, we will immediately start to design and customize your personalized order, and we will print the item specially for you. Depending on the complexity of the product, Order Customization Processing time is 3 – 5 business day (Monday to Friday).

INCORRECT ADDRESS

1. For orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided, we will require you to pay a reshipping fee to resend your order.
2. Please make sure you provide the correct address during checkout as Shopspecializes will not be held responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address. there is no guarantee that your order will be delivered on time
3. If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, Shopspecializes will not be responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

After completing the purchase. You will receive an ‘Order Confirmation email (check your spam folder if you can’t find it) to make sure all the information is correct. We will ship to the address you filled out on the checkout page.
