Hi-Run LQ229 Tires
The Hi-Run LQ229 is a highway terrain， all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS.
The excellent all weather performance is guaranteed thanks to the detailed tread elements and strong compound materials. The specially designed tread provides excellent grip， improving the performance on dry， wet， and snow-covered road surfaces， while compound keeps the rubber flexible in various temperature conditions. The tire's specially designed footprint provides additional biting edges， improving the road grip all the time. The circumferential grooves eliminate water and slush from the footprint to maximize the road contact and offer excellent year round performance.
This model comes with strong internal materials that improve the load durability. The reinforced bias ply construction supports the tire while under heavy load and pressure. As the tire does not deform， it is able to carry and withstand larger loads with ease， upgrading the overall load capacity of the model. This is a bias ply or diagonal tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size， it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller diagonal tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases， the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or， in some instances， an inner tube needs to be added.
